SUMMER DIGESTIVE CARE:
One major imbalance during summer is dehydration. During the hot season we often can experience summer diarrhea. All through summer be mindful about drinking enough water. You can make cooling white tea with lime juice and some honey. Take small sips of this tea. Use spices like coriander, fennel, cilantro and mint. Make salads of cucumber, leafy greens, avocado, fresh mint and cilantro. Stay away from salty and sugary foods, coffee, alcohol and fermented and canned foods.
