Recipes for Better Digestion during Summer

  • Garnish in one tablespoon of coconut oil one clove of finely chopped garlic, 7-8 curry leaves and salt to taste. Add one cup of well-cooked basmati rice and one cup of organic yogurt (home set yogurt is the best). Add a little water to give it a smooth consistency. Eat this once a day.
  • Yogurt drink made with one-cup yogurt, two cups of water, salt to taste, grated ginger, fresh cilantro and ¼ tsp. of roasted cumin powder. All blended together into a refreshing summer yogurt drink. Recommended to be taken twice a day.
