About Emma

Emma is Holistic Ayurveda’s spa coordinator, marketing manager, and resident photographer. She is also a yoga teacher and is currently being trained in Ayurveda by Amita.
For Emma, yoga has been a big part of her life for the past few years and she loves being able to share the practice with other yogis through her classes. She received her 200 hour certification at Atmananda Yoga Studio in 2019 and has been teaching ever since! Coming from California, yoga has been an amazing way for her to stay grounded and destress from the busy New York life and she loves to help others discover how yoga can fit into their life.
