Oil Pulling

The mother of all healing sciences Ayurveda has stressed upon a daily detox regime. This discipline has many components to it but oil pulling is considered as one of the most prominent daily wellness practices. Every morning please take one and half table spoons of Organic Sesame Oil and swish for about 10 to 15 minutes. When the oil becomes watery please let go of it completely. Rinse your mouth well with warm water and preferably brush your teeth lightly once again. You may now proceed for a healthy breakfast.
